6. Returns, Refunds & Care

- All items are final sale unless faulty
- No returns for change of mind
- Fault claims must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Gifted items are not eligible for return
For “About” collections:
- A portion of each sale is donated after 7 days
- Claims raised after this period may incur a $20 deduction to account for the donation
