Tracking Your Order

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel via the Australia Post website: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Chandellier Rose is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or customs clearance.

If your parcel is lost or delayed, we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@chandellierrose.com.au with photos so we can assist.

Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses may incur a re-shipping fee.
