At Chandellier Rose, we aim to deliver your jewellery and silk scarves to you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are shipped via Australia Post.


Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During busy periods (such as sales, launches, or holidays), dispatch times may take a little longer.


Shipping Within Australia

We offer shipping across Australia using Australia Post:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days (depending on location).

  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days (metro areas; regional areas may take longer).

Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location and postal network delays.


International Shipping

  • We currently ship internationally via Australia Post International services.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination (generally 7–21 business days).

  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location and order size.

  • We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions; details will be advertised on our website and social channels.


Tracking Your Order

  • All orders are shipped with tracking. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel via the Australia Post website: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track

  • Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to appear.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

  • Chandellier Rose is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or customs clearance.

  • If your parcel is lost or delayed, we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@chandellierrose.com.au with photos so we can assist.


Additional Information

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses may incur a re-shipping fee.

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes internationally (domestic PO Box delivery is available).
